Shipping Policy

Fast & Reliable Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: After processing your order (1-3 business days), delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Manufacturer back-ordered items will ship once available.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your tools faster? Contact our team before placing your order for expedited shipping options. We'll provide a quote, and upon approval, you can place your order. The expedited shipping fee will be handled separately.

A Gentle Reminder: Expedited shipping depends on item availability. While we strive for prompt delivery, the carrier is responsible for timely delivery once we hand over the package. Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery speed.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous U.S.
  • Safety & Verification: Orders with differing billing and shipping addresses undergo an Address Verification Process.
  • Required Signature: For orders valued over $200, a signature may be required for delivery. If you're unable or prefer not to sign for your order, please reach out to us before it ships.
  • Freight Shipping: Some of our items, due to their weight, need to be shipped via Freight Shipping. Typical transit time for these shipments is 7-10 business days. Additional fees may apply for residential deliveries, inside delivery, or if lift-gate service is needed. Please note, freight carriers mandate a direct phone number for the recipient. They will not proceed with delivery without establishing contact first.
  • Customized Shipping: From USPS restrictions to alternative carriers and freight shipping, inform us of any special requirements, and we'll make it work.
  • International Shipping: We facilitate global shipping to any location within the USA via renowned carriers. Once the order reaches the USA destination, the customer is responsible for the shipping and delivery to the international country. Rates vary based on location, items, and selected service. Returns Policy

45-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not satisfied? You can return unused items within 45 days for a full refund or exchange. For non-heavy items, we'll cover the return shipping for the initial 30 days.

  • General Returns: Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. For returns made within the first 30 days, we'll cover the return shipping costs. After the initial 30 days, the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty.
  • Defective & Damaged Products: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, report them within 30 days to be eligible for a free return or replacement. If upon arrival, the package or product looks damaged, please refuse the shipment.

Cancellations

You have the flexibility to cancel your order for a full refund at any time as long as it hasn't been shipped. Typically, most orders are prepared to ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. Contact our service team to verify order status and process cancellations.
